He has authored numerous peer-reviewed articles and research projects, showcasing his deep knowledge and innovative approach in the field. With a solid educational foundation, including a Master’s degree in Civil and Earthquake Engineering, and significant professional experience as a designer, site supervisor, and lecturer, Ramin excels in the simulation, analysis, and design of various structural systems, emphasizing seismic hazard analysis and structural optimization.

Abouzar Ghorbani Shemshadsara is a distinguished electrical engineer with a remarkable portfolio of registered inventions and an extensive background in multiple areas of technology. With extraordinary expertise in coding, he is proficient in MATLAB, Python, Java, and Android development.
Abouzar excels in electric boarding, Arduino, and LabVIEW, demonstrating his versatile skill set in both hardware and software domains. Ali Ahmadi
Operational and Internal Manager
Dr. Ali Ahmadi is the operational and internal manager of our company, bringing nearly a decade of experience as a project manager for various projects, including roads, ports, structures, and infrastructure. With a PhD in Civil Engineering, he has extensive experience in analyzing worst-case scenarios, smart materials, bridges, and tanks. As a research associate at Hiroshima University and UPM University, Dr. Ahmadi has developed innovative devices for damage propagation and structural response analysis. His expertise in damage propagation, rehabilitation, and strengthening ensures that our projects are executed with the highest standards of safety and efficiency.
Bardia Fathali Shahriari
Managing Director
Bardia Fathali Shahriari is the managing director of our company, dedicated to broadening the scope of knowledge in civil engineering. With a PhD in Engineering, he is a professional in soil engineering and is proficient in advanced software such as FLAC, Plaxis, and soil-structure interaction analysis. Bardia has over a decade of experience as a contractor and project owner, specializing in soil strengthening and pile engineering. His innovative approach has led to the development of advanced methods for structural analysis, enhancing the company’s expertise and capabilities.
